We knew this would happen and once again it’ll revive the forgotten debate of our woman and children’s safety as they access public facilities. If you agree with Targets inclusiveness then read this and see if you still don’t mind being a victim of a sexual predators photo album and personal video collection for their own sexual needs.
So while others think supporters against these policies are just “transphobians” others are seeing the concerns first hand. People who Identify with the opposite sex do indeed take advantage of their new found freedom by exploiting others..and are taking advantage of Targets new policies for their own personal satisfaction. Just like we have told you they would.
On July 12th, 2016 in the town of Ammon, Idaho police were called to the Target located on 25th East. Upon arriving the 18-year-old victim stated to the police that a person in the adjacent fitting room held an iPhone over the top of the barrier and began taking photos or video recording.
“The victim’s mother confronted the suspect, who immediately fled on foot. Both (the victim and victim’s mother) described the suspect as a white male who was wearing a dress and a blonde wig. A witness observed the suspect get into a vehicle and leave the area,” court documents state.
After reviewing surveillance video the detectives determined the vehical the suspect was leaving in was registered to Sean Patrick Smith, 43, who goes by the name of Shauna Smith. The police went to the residence of smith and showed his/her room-mate still photos and the room-mate confirmed Smiths identity.
“The woman was begging for help as she chased the man out the door,” a witness stated. “She kept saying she wanted those pictures deleted.”
After locating Smith he/she admitted to this crime and had this to say,” I had made videos in the past of women undressing. Smith told (the detective) that she makes these videos for the ‘same reason men go online to look at pornography.
Smith also told the detectives,“she finds the video sexually gratifying” and when the deputy looked at the camera roll on Smith’s iPhone, he “observed a video of a young adult female undressing in a changing room.Smith admitted that the video was recorded at Target.”
Smith was apprehended on the same day and was arrested on one count of felony voyeurism and was booked at the Bonneville County Jail. Below is a Video of his/her first appearance on the charges.
